NBA GMs overwhelmingly pick Celtics to repeat
The annual survey of all 30 of the NBA’s general managers has overwhelmingly picked the Celtics to repeat as champions, while identifying Spurs big man Victor Wembanyama as the player they’d most like to start a franchise with.
