Foster out as Capers, Tiven, Wright ref Game 7
Veteran NBA official Scott Foster was not selected as one of the three referees for Sunday’s Game 7, as James Capers, Josh Tiven and Sean Wright were chosen to handle the finale between the Thunder and Pacers.
